Durham Craft Market Holiday Show Non Member Application



Location: Durham Convention Center (In the Downtown Marriott, across from the Armory). A beautiful  location with carpeted floors and fully decorated entrance into the venue.


Date: Sunday December 10th,  11-4


Fees: $85 for Non Durham Craft Market Members


Space:   8 x 10. Bring your own tables or racks, table coverings and chair. We will provide pipe and drape for the back of each booth. Please clearly describe your display on the application. Easy loading and unloading access directly into the room including additional helpers. You may not begin packing or breaking down your display until 4:00 pm.


Food: You cannot bring in any food. The Convention Center will have concessions for sale in the hallway.(e.g. sandwich/chips)


Advertising: The Convention Center will advertise our event on their Facebook page and on a scrolling digital sign that is just inside the hallway and seen by thousands over the months leading up to our event. Durham Craft Market will have flyers as well as postings on social media.


Set Up: Set up begins at 9:00. You will be given a set time to unload, please do not show up prior to your assigned time.  Spaces will be marked with your name.


Application: To apply, and for additional details, go www.durhamcraftmarket.org  Applications are accepted until Sept 15.  You will be notified of your acceptance by October 2017.

Participation Fee:  The participation fee is $85 for non-members of the Durham Craft Market. It is due after acceptance, no later than October 15, 2017 and to be paid online via Paypal button below. 


Extra Perk: Those accepted can also participate as an artist on December 16th and 23rd, 10am to 12 outside at our regular DCM location at Central Park. Tents (not required and most don't use for 2 hours) must have weights with at least 20 lbs per corner.

Once you have been approved for the 2017 DCM Holiday Show please pay the participation fee via the paypal button below. DO NOT make payment prior to approval to the Holiday Show.  Making an early payment won't guarantee your acceptance into the Show and will only mean a possible wait for reimbursement.
