There is one application that allows you to apply for one or both shows at once. You'll be able to select the show(s) you're interested in on the application.
2023 Shop Small Saturday
Date: Saturday, November 25, 2023
Location: Durham Central Park Pavillion, 501 Foster Street, Durham NC
Time: 9 am to 3 pm
Guest Vendor Booth Fee: $75 (due upon acceptance)
2023 Holiday Market
Date: Sunday, December 10, 2023
Location: Durham Central Park Pavillion, 501 Foster Street, Durham NC
Time: 10 am to 4 pm
Guest Vendor Booth Fee: $75 (due upon acceptance)
All work must be handcrafted by the artist who is applying to the show. All vendors are required to have and provide the Durham Craft Market with their NC sales and use tax account number.
NOTE: To participate in Durham Craft Market events, applicants must live and produce all craft items being sold within a 50 mile radius of Durham, North Carolina.
You will receive a copy of this form by email after you submit it. Incomplete applications will not be considered and application fees are non-refundable. Note: Applications which do not include a booth shot or an NC sales and use tax number will be considered incomplete.
The application deadline is 11:59 PM on Thursday, August 24, 2023. You will be notified of the Selection Committee decision by Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
APPLICATION PROCESS
The Durham Craft Market Selections Committee is committed to reviewing each
application with the utmost integrity and respect. Decisions will be made on the basis of
quality, workmanship, creativity, uniqueness, and market availability for the specific craft
type. The Selections Committee may limit the number of Vendors within the same
category. Decisions of the Selections Committee are final.
● Applicants must complete the Guest Vendor Application and submit it by
11:59 PM on Thursday, August 24, 2023. Incomplete applications will not be
reviewed.
● Applicants may apply for one or both shows using the Guest Vendor Application.
However, each show is juried separately and admission to both shows is not
guaranteed.
● Applicants must pay a $15 non-refundable application fee through PayPal.
Applications will not be processed until payment has been received.
***Please note: We are unable to accept any vendors that sell consumable items. This includes food, condiments, and pet food.***
